DO YOU OFFER THE SALE OF ALCOHOL?

Through our strategic partnership, we can offer cash bars and offer complete beverage catering. However, alcohol can be purchased by the client and our team will assist you through the ordering process. Our licensed bartenders are legally allowed to serve it, so once you’ve bought it, we’re set up to take over. 


DO YOU OFFER CASH BARS?

Yes, we are more than happy to provide a cash bar for your next event.


IF YOU ARE NOT PROVIDING THE LIQUOR, WHERE SHOULD I GET IT?

We do work with a preferred partner that we can connect you with to order liquor, wine and beer in advance. We’ll put the order together for you and can have the alcohol delivered to your event.


DO YOU CARRY INSURANCE AND WHAT KIND OF PERMITS ARE REQUIRED?

We carry General Event Insurance and Liquor Liability Insurance.  It is your responsibility to obtain the proper licenses and permits for the event. If you purchase the beer or liquor, you assume responsibility of the event.  If you purchase the beer or liquor through our strategic partner, our partner assumes the liability of the event.


CAN YOU SERVICE A NON-ALCOHOLIC EVENT?

Absolutely. We are happy to provide service for any type of event and provide a non-alcoholic beverage menu ranging from sodas, iced-teas, coffee, mocktails, and more. 


WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL? 

The Aero Bar is based in Nashville, TN.  Travel outside of the metro area is based on how far in advance you book. If your needs are outside of the Nashville metro area, be sure to book us as early as you can so we can plan around your event (additional fees apply). If your event is 300 miles away, 3 days from now, there’s a slim chance we’d be able to make that happen.  Feel free to ask!


WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF YOUR TRAILER?

Henry, our largest mobile bar is 16’ long, 7’ wide and 8.5’ feet tall. 


WHO ARE YOUR BARTENDERS?

We work with seasoned, talented and licensed bartenders and mixologists whom we fully trust to provide you with the best bartending experience possible. We will customize our bartenders to your event needs. If you know one of our bartenders and request that he or she tend your party, just let us know and we’ll do our best to make it work.


HOW CAN YOU HELP US PLAN A DRINK MENU FOR OUR EVENT? 

We can help create specialty cocktails, cocktail menus, provide professional beer and wine expertise and create local craft or exotic import beer lists to make your event unique and specialized. We can also create a cocktail recipe just for you!


Do you have a rain date policy?

Thought we cannot change dates last minute due to inclement weather, all of our bars work well under tents (or even inside). The host is responsible for tent coverage of the bar, but we are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for your event.


What is your payment and refund policy?

A 50% deposit will be required to book your reservation. The remaining balance is do on your event date.  Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will not receive a refund for the deposit. 


What DOES THE AERO Bar REQUIRE FOR SET UP?

Our bars require flat ground for setup and service, access for set-up and break down, and two standard outlets (we can add a generator to your package if you don't have access to electricity).
